Data Governance Strategist

This position plays a critical part in driving the execution of data-driven insights across the organization. It is a key component in the broader digital transformation happening at our company, aiming to become a focused entity powered by data and digital.
About the Position:We are seeking an experienced Strategic Data Governance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Data Governance processes and Data Operating Model within the Operations Domain. Key Responsibilities include:
- Implementing data principles, data governance framework, data ownership, and data operations.
- Ensuring adoption of FAIR data solutions across legacy landscapes to produce FAIR data at the source.
- Gathering and implementing data requirements from Business Functions and other stakeholders.
- Validating data ideas, concepts, and features with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitating cultural change by improving data literacy through training and education.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in data and system configuration workstreams, ERP/systems implementations, and/or global business transformations. SAP MM experience is mandatory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Master's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years' experience in country and global Operations roles.
- Experience working with data, system configuration, and global business transformations.
- SAP MM experience is mandatory.
