Job Description:

As a Network Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of our enterprise connectivity initiative. You will provide direct remote support to consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consultants and local IT teams with device setup and troubleshooting.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and guide end-users through solutions.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

You will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Network Support / IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.

  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
