Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive project manager to oversee fibre build projects. This role will be responsible for assessing and verifying project returns, leading workload meetings, and managing critical issues related to fibre builds and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Verify Project Returns and Repairs:
  • Review and validate project return requests and repairs to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
  • Lead Weekly Workload Meetings with Partners:
  • Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with partners to review the current status of projects, workload distribution, and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with partners to address any obstacles or delays and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track Status of Projects and Request Updates:
  • Monitor and track the progress of all projects, ensuring all relevant updates are captured and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Actively request status updates and escalate any delays or blockers to ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong experience with JIRA, including creating and managing tickets, workflows, and tracking statuses.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and leading cross-functional meetings with partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with JIRA tools.
  • Background in project management or coordination within a technical environment.
