JOB DETAILS


1 Manage assets, materials and contracts for the core maintenance point
2 Monitor performance of fiber network against defined SLAs
3 Support O&M of infra and access electronics against defined SLAs
4 Provide details of fiber spans for inter, intra and access network
5 Coordinate with network operations center for issue resolution
6 Collaborate with O&M /ISP core team for critical issue resolution
7 Ensure sufficient material in CMP warehouse for fiber operation
8 Drive and monitor the KPI achievements
9 Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, environment and fire policies
10 Maintain quality of fiber network and insure quality of work during fault restoration
