With a strong presence in the market, we develop, market, sell, and support over 30 product families across various areas such as Customer Experience, Digital Solutions, Secure DevOps, and Security & Automation.

This role requires a Director with expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships to drive growth and profitability for HCL Software. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end M&A activities, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, financial modeling, deal negotiations, and post-merger integration.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, business models, market sizing, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities. They will also be responsible for overseeing product integration strategies, establishing relationships with investment banking firms, and reviewing product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in business administration and at least 12 years of experience, including 8-10 years in strategy and corporate development. Prior experience in investment banking or managing relationships with investment banks is highly desirable.

Key attributes and skills required for this position include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, strategic thinking, and high-level financial acumen. You should also be able to influence stakeholders at all levels and handle multiple priorities effectively.
