Job Title: Software Design Engineer in Test

A Key Role for a DFT Specialist:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead the design of test architectures for complex SoCs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DFT architecture definitions and solutions.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver scan, ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan insertion and validation.
  • Collaborate with EDA vendors to evaluate, deploy, and optimize DFT tool flows.
  • Streamline processes through automation and scripting.
  • Support test vector generation and validation for ATE.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in DFT methodologies, including scan insertion & verification, ATPG, MBIST, and JTAG / Boundary Scan.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of low-power DFT techniques (power-aware ATPG, retention flops, etc.).
  • Experience with post-silicon bring-up and ATE patterns.
  • Familiarity with safety-critical standards (ISO 26262, DO-254, etc.).
  • Exposure to High-Speed IO testing (SERDES, DDR, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, ability to debug complex test issues, and deliver high-quality DFT solutions within tight schedules.
