Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support & Execution

  • Drive collaboration between product, engineering, AI, and operations teams.
    • Project & Operations Management
    • Oversee day-to-day project activities, including sprints, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues.
    • Cultivate strong relationships between Swedish stakeholders and Indian teams.
      • Business & Growth Support
      • Assist with client interactions, proposals, and internal reporting.
      • Conduct market research and analyze new opportunities for growth.
        • Team & Culture
        • Lead team hiring, onboarding, and communication efforts.
        • Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and high-performance execution.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid pivots, and high-growth environments.
  • Tech/healthcare background is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Based in Bangalore or Delhi, with flexibility to work across Europe/India time zones.
