Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead multiple renovation and fitout projects for a major client based out of Gurugram, Haryana.

About the Role:
  • Lead the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction for multiple renovation and fitout projects.
  • Day-to-day management of the internal team, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve a safe, timely, on-budget completion with international quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Construction:
    1. Prepare a master schedule, budget, and procurement strategy.
    2. Coordinate with the cost planning team for preparation of the budget.
    3. Lead the design process, including design reviews and value engineering.
  • Programme Management:
    1. Prepare fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers.
    2. Identify delays and propose acceleration methods.
    3. Flag risks to the timelines and suggest mitigation plans.
  • Contracts & Cost Management:
    1. Prepare, track, and update tender event schedules.
    2. Manage change order processes.
    3. Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow, and budget updates.
  • Construction Management:
    1. Supervise site logistics, shutdown plans, and works execution strategies.
    2. Manage contractors' work progress at site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fitout projects.
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards is a plus.
