Job Details

This role is for a Project Associate who will support project execution, reporting, and documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of telecom technologies, networks, and infrastructure (India and globally)
  • Contribute to project decision-making and problem-solving using technical insights
  • Monitor telecom industry news and identify key market trends relevant to the National Broadband Mission
  • Prepare and deliver project updates, status reports, and presentations to officials
  • Draft and maintain comprehensive project documentation: plans, meeting minutes, status trackers, internal/external communications
  • Ensure all documentation is updated, accessible, and shared with relevant stakeholders
  • Support project coordination between departments, Ministries, and external stakeholders
  • Assist in data collection, collation, and MIS report generation
  • Help facilitate stakeholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and follow-ups
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Diploma/Certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with Government Ministries/Departments mandatory
Key Expectations:
  • Strong technical understanding of telecom sector operations and policy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in data analysis, documentation, and MIS reporting
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Experience in office coordination, preparing formal reports, and drafting minutes of meetings
  • Comfortable working in multi-stakeholder environments, especially within government setups
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
