We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our team in Direct Taxation. This role involves working on tax advisory matters, preparing tax opinions and short notes, undertaking compliances, and assisting on tax assessment and litigation proceedings.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist on tax advisory matters such as undertaking in-depth research on tax technical situations.
  • Prepare tax opinions/short notes/email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Undertake compliances such as filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, provisioning for income tax, and other tax filings.
  • Assist on tax assessment/litigation proceedings before the assessing officer, other income tax authorities, and higher appellate forums.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and enable areas for on-the-job work requirements.
