As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative Generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform cutting-edge Ai technologies into practical, scalable applications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative AI technologies.

  • Design and develop generative AI applications using LLMs, diffusion models, and other generative AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify use cases and implement AI solutions.
  • Fine-tune and optimize models for specific client requirements and use cases.
  • Implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback.
  • Maintain technical documentation for AI systems.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
  2. 8+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  4. Experience implementing LLM-based applications and understanding of prompt engineering.
  5. Knowledge of generative AI concepts, including text generation, image generation, and multimodal systems.
  6. Experience with API development and integration.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.

Desired but not required:

  • Experience with model fine-tuning, RLHF, and alignment techniques.
  • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
  • Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
