: 10-13 YearsLocation: Hinjewadi, PuneNotice Period: 0-30 DaysJob Summary:Highly experienced and innovative Generative AI Architect to design, lead, and implement advanced AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), multimodal models, and generative frameworks

Define the architecture for scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver applications in areas such as customer experience, automation, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities:Architect and design generative AI systems using LLMs (e.g., GPT, CoPilot) and multimodal models (e.g., text-to-image, video, audio). Hep Define and Adopt a Gen AI charter for NCSI, which will act like a guiding principle for every project / internal team that are currently engaged in any project delivery

Proactively define Use Cases, which can be developed and deployed across internal teams as well as other projects

Engage and work closely with Project teams, to help them arrive at Gen AI Use Cases, which will have positive outcomes and impact on their day-to-day tasks / project deliverables

Work closely with project leads, to ensure alignment between AI program definition and business needs

Through Gen AI initiatives, drive Continuous Improvement resulting into Process Optimization, Cost Savings and eradicating redundancies

Identify goals/achievements for every Gen AI Use Case deployment and track their successful deployment through tangible savings

Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) and production deployments for generative AI applications across business functions

Establish best practices for AI Governance, Model Monitoring, and Ethical AI UsageOptimize model performance, latency, cost, and scalability.Stay current on advancements in Gen AI, and identify emerging tools or frameworks

Contribute to strategic decisions on build vs. buy, cloud vs. on-premise, and vendor selection

Establish close connect and engage with NCS Singapore Gen AI Leads to determine re-use of use cases and Gen AI policies

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with 2+ years focused on generative AI, LLMs, or transformer-based models

Strong understanding of LLMs, diffusion models, embeddings, vector databases, and NLP pipelines

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain)Experience deploying models via APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)Familiarity with model lifecycle management (e.g., MLflow, BentoML, Ray)Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI systems to non-technical stakeholders.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing organization, that is committed to drive Gen AI usage and advantage in supporting growth
