AV Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AV consultant to lead our projects from requirement gathering to handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Gathering requirements from end-users and customers
• Designing solutions based on received briefs and requirements
• Obtaining approval for AV solutions
• Providing final designs to stakeholders and vendor management teams
• Technical and commercial evaluation of proposals from vendors
• Coordinating downtime for project implementation
• Verifying drawings received from vendors
• Coordinating with internal teams for room readiness
• Follow-up with vendors for timely delivery
• End-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Extensive project documentation
• Quality checking physical installations
• Testing and commissioning of AV systems
• Taking handover from vendors with proper documents

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience working on AV deployment projects
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills

In addition, the following certifications would be advantageous:

• CTS/CTS-D
• Microsoft MTR
• Poly
• Crestron
• Extron

A strong understanding of AutoCAD is also desirable.
