Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the quality of audio production, including voice talent reads and text transcript formatting.
  • Confirm that graphics, on-screen text, and visuals conform to approved storyboards.
  • Ensure interactivities function as described, with proper feedback and click-to-reveal items.
  • Test courses in various browsers and player menu items, confirming LMS functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proofreading skills and great attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to remain consistent and committed to tasks assigned.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Cross-functional cooperating skills, technical learning ability, time management skills, flexibility related to workflow and changing priorities, and ability to maintain data confidentiality and security.
  • Experience with web-based database search and retrieval techniques.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
