Job Description

MINDTEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity and access management solutions for customer-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop CIAM Solutions: Design, develop, and implement CIAM solutions to manage customer identities, authentication, and authorization across web and mobile applications.
  • Customize and Extend CIAM Platforms: Customize and extend CIAM platforms to meet specific business needs, including user registration, login, profile management, and self-service features.
  • Develop and Integrate APIs and Services: Develop and integrate APIs and services for identity and access management functionalities.
  • Integrate with Enterprise Systems: Integrate CIAM solutions with other enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms, to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
  • Implement Security Measures: Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security and user convenience.
  • Configure Identity Providers: Configure and manage identity providers (IdP) and service providers (SP) to support SSO and federated identity scenarios.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure that CIAM solutions adhere to security best practices, including data encryption, secure authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Conduct Security Assessments: Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in CIAM Platforms: Proficiency with CIAM platforms and technologies (e.g., Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock, Azure AD B2C).
  • Authentication Protocols: Strong experience with authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and XACML.
  • Identity Federation: Knowledge of identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user provisioning.
  • Web Development Technologies: Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • RESTful APIs: Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Security Best Practices: Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements related to identity and access management.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
