About the Role

Talent500 is seeking a highly skilled Identity Solution Architect to join our team. As an Identity Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions within the identity platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical designs, configurations, and processes for the corporate supported external identity solution.
  • Provide training and support to end users, administrators, and developers to facilitate effective use and maintenance of the corporate supported external identity platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems/requirements with the team's applications to ensure standards and security are met.
  • Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure reliability, performance, and adherence to requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT industry.
  • Agile Methodology - Scrum Framework.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional follow-through.
  • Quality Assurance Testing.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) Experience.
  • Github Experience.
  • Excellent 'English' verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening and reasoning skills to understand the assigned task/responsibility and ability to complete it within stipulated time.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results.
  • Proven ability to identify, focus, and own tasks to manage delivery to project timelines.

Preferred

  • Identity and Access Management Experience.
  • DevOps (Falcon pipeline) Continuous Integration/Delivery.
  • Web Development experience.
  • Container programming (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift etc.).
  • Graph database experience: Neptune DB.
  • Java Development experience.
