Job Title: Data Science Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Leader to join our team at Career Paths India. As a Data Science Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI/ML solutions
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and other teams to develop and deploy AI/ML models
  • Analyze complex problems and translate them into data science algorithms
  • Develop and maintain authoritative knowledge in the field of Data Science
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various work streams and geographical locations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working with large data sets or performing large-scale quantitative analysis
  • Experience in machine learning, supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, and Airflow Pipelines
  • Strong implementation experience with Python and familiarity with Linux/Unix/Shell environments
  • Strong hands-on skills in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large volumes of data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Kubeflow, Airflow, and Argo
  • Exposure to deep learning approaches and modeling frameworks like PyTorch, Tensorflow, and Keras
  • Experience with frameworks to depict interpretability of models using libraries like Lime and Shap
  • Experience working with big data and identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in large volumes of data
