Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for driving overall testing activities, approaches, and strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive testing documents (test plans, test cases, test reports) to ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Lead the execution of various testing types (functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc.) to identify and report defects.
  • Participate in regular QA team meetings or triage calls to discuss project progress and challenges.
  • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to escalate relevant testing issues and challenges that arise during testing activities.
  • Provide estimates of testing activities required for projects or deliverables when needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software QA professional.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA/AzureDevOps.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications.
  • Experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
