Seeking a skilled Design Drafting Engineer to join our team at EquiCom Structural Consultancy.

We are excited to expand our structural design capabilities and contribute to groundbreaking projects.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in translating concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans, utilizing CAD software to create accurate designs.

Collaboration with engineers and project managers is crucial to ensure that initial designs and drawings meet project requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial design of structural elements, including footings, columns, retaining walls, slabs, beams, and water tanks.
  • Review initial design and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD drafting software.
  • Good knowledge of software like Etabs, SAFE, and RCDC.
  • Strong knowledge of drawing reading skills and engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
