Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as Assistant Manager in Finance-Controllership. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, assist with investor reporting, and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: You will support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, analyze financial trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Controllership & Compliance: You will ensure accounting accuracy and statutory compliance, assist with internal and statutory audits, and coordinate with auditors.
  • Internal Controls: You will help design and monitor internal control systems and processes, maintain accurate documentation, and support implementation of best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of post-qualification experience as a CA is required.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks, proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
