Business Intelligence Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success through strategic analysis and solution development. This dynamic and challenging position requires a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and requirements, translating them into functional specifications that meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of systems, processes, and data to propose innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and document business and system requirements, ensuring seamless communication among teams.
  • Develop use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams to effectively communicate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with best practices, leveraging your analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between teams, track project progress, manage dependencies, and facilitate communication among stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Assist in project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, actively participating in project meetings and contributing to the overall success of the project.
  • Review requirements to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives, proposing enhancements to business processes and systems as needed.
  • Promptly resolve queries from stakeholders and technical teams, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes to keep stakeholders informed, creating visuals to gather stakeholder feedback on proposed solutions.
  • Utilize ERP solutions for analysis and solution proposals, applying your expertise to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in relevant industry sectors, with a strong understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Experience in data analysis and tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is highly desirable.
