Job Title :

SAP Finance Control Consultant: A Key Role in Process Optimization

Join a dynamic organization and contribute to shaping financial processes with cutting-edge technology.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled SAP Finance Control Consultant to join our team and drive process improvements through expertise in SAP S4 HANA and Ariba Supplier Network.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and development of usage of document exchange (SAP Business Network) marketplace, aligning with documented business requirements.
  2. Design and implement solutions to close solution gaps in collaboration with various architects.
  3. Develop and maintain the requirements traceability matrix throughout the solution implementation lifecycle.
  4. Support technical configurators in developing technical specifications documents and configuring applications/solutions.
  5. Contribute to designing and developing supplier enablement strategies, catalogue management, and contract compliance management strategies.
  6. Execute supplier enablement and catalogue management/contract compliance activities in collaboration with respective teams.
  7. Provide process/functional inputs to integration design and development between SAP Ariba and SAP S4 HANA.
  8. Collaborate with Test Managers in designing and developing test strategies, scenarios, scripts, plans, and schedules.
  9. Support execution of test plans/test schedules system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.
  10. Lead test problem resolution activities and coordinate with technical teams.
  11. Design and execute cut-over plans, especially during migration of historical/WIP transaction data into SAP S4.
  12. Develop and execute training strategies, plans, and schedules for key and end-user training.
  13. Develop and execute training materials for both key and end users.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of all modules of SAP S4, including Invoice Receipt to Invoice Pay (I2P).
  • Experience in enabling I2P processes via various SAP S4 modules.
  • Knowledge of usage/configuration of Ariba Supplier Network (SAP Business Network).
  • Integration experience between SAP Ariba and S4 HANA via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
  • Strong documentation experience, covering Invoice receipt, eInvoice ASN configuration, Invoice reconciliation, Invoice payment advice, and Invoice payment.
