Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

You will lead the planning, budgeting, and analysis of financial resources to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role as a senior financial analyst involves driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

  • You will be responsible for leading the financial planning process, ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives.
  • You will serve as an expert in SAP S/4HANA FICO, driving its adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • You will manage end-to-end business cycles:
  1. Order-to-Cash (O2C): Streamline billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
  2. Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Oversee purchasing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
  3. Plan-to-Product: Support costing, product lifecycle, and profitability analysis.
  4. Request-to-Service (R2S): Align service delivery with financial and operational KPIs.

Your key responsibilities include providing business insights through Hyperion, SAP reporting, and advanced financial analytics to support executive decision-making, partnering with leadership to evaluate new projects, investments, and product cost structures, and supporting regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Qualifications & Experience
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 15–20 years of experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certification in SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Reporting and other advanced analytics tools.
  • A proven track record in process improvement, audits, and compliance management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
