Job Overview:

Celonis consultants play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes by leveraging process mining technology. They implement and configure Celonis EMS, analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.

Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring Celonis EMS for process mining use cases, analyzing business processes using Celonis to identify areas for improvement, writing complex PQL queries to build data models and extract meaningful insights, designing and developing interactive dashboards and analytical reports, and integrating Celonis with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement.
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Celonis EMS.
  • Strong proficiency in PQL and SQL for data querying and transformation.
  • Experience building end-to-end dashboards, KPIs, and reports in Celonis.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/CRM integrations (preferably SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights from process data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Celonis Certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python) is an added advantage.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering or transformation initiatives.
