The Inside Sales Executive will drive sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into customers. This role involves engaging with prospects through phone calls, emails, and online channels to promote products or services, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects, analyzing and reporting on lead generation metrics
- Fix meetings and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives
- Leverage lead gen tools and technologies to implement and refine lead scoring models
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
