We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Noida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers across the world to sell our product and services, driving new business and renewing existing business with SMC-Corporate clients.

The ideal candidate is hungry for customer acquisition and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with prospective clients worldwide
  • Lead qualification and nurturing
  • Converting assigned leads into opportunities by running applicable cadence steps
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline to meet sales targets
  • Analyzing market and establishing competitive advantages
  • Developing new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures
  • Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Ensuring smooth flow of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
