Customer Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional service.
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for our products and services, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Training and Collaboration: Provide training to customers on our products and services, and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that all issues are resolved and follow-up actions are taken.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should have a strong understanding of customer support principles and be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, strong problem-solving skills, and good knowledge of Tally and accounting principles.
