ServiceNow ITOM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IT service management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow design and development, including customization of applications such as ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. They should also have experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.

  • Developing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow applications and systems.
  • Configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including set-up of MID servers.
  • Implementing custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API).
  • Leveraging Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages for development.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of ITIL practices.
  • Communicating effectively through written and oral skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
  • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead consultant.
  • Strong requirements gathering experience.
