Senior Influencer Relations Manager

Our company is undergoing a period of rapid expansion, with a growing focus on influencer marketing services and media engagements.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Influencer Relations Manager to ensure operational excellence in our influencer marketing vertical.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our influencer network and building strategic relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding client's influencer marketing requirements and creating proposals or pitch decks for their respective briefs.
  • Maintaining timely proposal creation, presentation, and pitch deck development.
  • Researching, recruiting, and onboarding influencers with negotiation tactics and process downloading.
  • Briefing, negotiating, and onboardings with influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Maintaining databases and adding new influencers to assigned categories.
  • Building strategic relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Coordinating with internal team members and external partners.
  • Executing campaigns seamlessly with strong coordination with onboarded influencers and internal teams.
  • Achieving quarterly campaign execution goals and targets.
  • Reviewing key campaign metrics and creating insightful reports.

Skillset:

  • Social Media Savvy
  • 3-6 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Good knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Teamwork, task organization, and time management skills.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • High interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Client servicing.
