Senior Process Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Executive to join our Service Desk team in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending and resolving client issues on calls, chat, and mail. They will also be expected to utilize ticketing tools such as Service Now, Remedy, and Control-M, and have experience with resolving queries using voice skills on VPN, drivers, O365, driver installations, Active Directory.

This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The ideal candidate must be proactive, respectful of customers' time, and able to manage their time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending and resolving client issues on calls, chat, and mail
  • Utilizing ticketing tools such as Service Now, Remedy, and Control-M
  • Resolving queries using voice skills on VPN, drivers, O365, driver installations, Active Directory
  • Providing general support knowledge of operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing
  • Productivity applications like Microsoft Office tools
  • Working in a 24/7 environment and being open to working from office

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on US shift timings
  • Completion of specific and dedicated training programs set by the client
  • Flexible shifts with 100% Work From Office (WFO) policy

Preferred Qualifications:

Any graduate with additional certifications in customer service or upskilling is preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
