Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Entrata administrator to oversee and optimize the use of Entrata across our expanding portfolio of properties.

This role will ensure seamless system setup for new property migrations, resolve daily issues, and maintain best-in-class workflows that power leasing, accounting, delinquency, and resident operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Set up new properties in Entrata during portfolio acquisitions or transitions from other property management systems.
  2. Configure system modules for leasing, accounting, maintenance, resident portal, and reporting.
  3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles.
  4. Update templates and workflows (e.g., lease packets, renewal letters, delinquency notices).
  5. Maintain compliance with corporate policies and local/state regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of Entrata experience (administration or advanced user level preferred).
  • Knowledge of property management operations (leasing, move-ins, move-outs, delinquency, renewals, accounting).
  • Tech-savvy with ability to manage system workflows, templates, and automations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours.
