Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Evaluation Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using JMeter or similar tools.

About the Role:

The Performance Evaluation Specialist is responsible for identifying performance issues, analyzing test results, and collaborating with development teams to find solutions. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts, monitoring application and system performance during tests and in production environments, and contributing to the overall quality assurance process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (with 2+ years of experience) or B.E. (with 1+ year of experience).
  • A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in performance testing.
  • Proven practical experience in scripting with JMeter or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of core performance testing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a banking customer or in the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with other performance testing tools like LoadRunner or Gatling.
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
