As an Ethics Leadership Professional, you will play a pivotal role in championing ethics and integrity across our organization. You'll lead internal investigations into ethical violations, manage POSH compliance, conduct training programs, and strengthen our corporate values.

We're seeking someone with 8+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal roles who has a deep understanding of POSH regulations. Your strong communication and policy management skills are essential for success in this position.

You'll collaborate closely with HR and leadership to ensure that our policies uphold trust and respect. Our goal is to maintain a workplace culture that promotes integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal investigations into ethical violations, misconduct, or breaches of company policy.
  • Manage POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, including case handling and committee coordination.
  • Develop and deliver ethics training across departments to foster a culture of integrity.
  • Review and update policies related to ethics, compliance, and workplace conduct.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal values.
