Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Assistant Manager. This role involves overseeing various responsibilities and working closely with our QA and R&D teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer complaints using standard quality control tools and methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct research and development trials based on provided SOPs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Compile and summarize technical visit reports, highlighting key findings and actionable insights that can be used to drive business decisions.
  • Prepare detailed investigation and R&D trial reports, documenting results and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Coordinate regular review meetings between Branch QA and R&D teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to plant QA teams and Central R&D, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent qualification.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in packaging industries, with a strong understanding of quality control processes and R&D methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer complaint handling and R&D processes, with a proven track record of driving results-oriented solutions.
