Role Description

This full-time role for a Senior Sales Manager – Packaging Solutions (Rigid Boxes & Cartons) is located on-site in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure client needs are met. The role also involves maintaining industry knowledge and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, especially within the packaging industry
  • Strong understanding of Rigid Boxes, Mono Cartons, and Specialty Packaging
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
  • Team collaboration and leadership abilities
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
