The role of Human Resources Specialist is a pivotal one within our organization, with the incumbent tasked with ensuring the seamless integration of HR policies and procedures across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations;
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Human Resources Specialist will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. This will involve analyzing situations, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending evidence-based solutions.
">As an integral member of our team, the Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programs, as well as conducting regular employee surveys to gauge engagement and satisfaction levels.
">To excel in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, along with 3-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing setting. A deep understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
