We are urgently hiring for the position of **Contract and Compliance Executive** for our **Manufacturing Unit at Pithampur Location**.

**Position**: Contract and Compliance Executive

**Location**: Pithampur
**Experience**: 2-7 Years
**Industry**: Manufacturing
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field. A master’s degree or certification in labour law/HR is an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Labour Law Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all applicable state and central labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory norms.
- **Contract Labour Management**: Oversee and manage contractual workforce deployment, documentation, and contractor coordination.
- **Employee Relations**: Address grievances, resolve disputes between employees and management, and promote a harmonious work environment.
- **Union Coordination** (if applicable): Engage with labour unions, participate in collective bargaining, and resolve union-related issues.
- **Policy Implementation**: Support the drafting and enforcement of HR policies, contracts, and employee handbooks.
- **Disciplinary Processes**: Guide on disciplinary matters and ensure fair procedures are followed in misconduct cases.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
- **Training & Awareness**: Conduct awareness programs and training sessions on labour laws and employee rights.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Maintain updated records related to compliance, grievances, disciplinary actions, and contracts.
- **Audit & Legal Support**: Assist during internal/external audits and labour inspections, and support in legal proceedings if required.
- **Reporting**: Prepare compliance reports and MIS for management review.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
