Roles & Responsibilities

Ordering of CAPEX & OPEX material for all plants.

Vendor management, asset deployment, and inventory control.

Coordination with vendors for material delivery/technical services.

Facilitate work completion certification of deployed IT assets.

Preparation of monthly MIS for all CAPEX & OPEX related purchases.

Material receiving and coordination of lifting/shifting.

Invoice processing (ASN, GE/GR) and plant physical visits.

Payment processing as per GST norms.

Booking, parking, and posting of one-time vendor invoices.

Reconciliation for import and interstate vendors.

Scrap material selling and scrap note creation with finance coordination.

Coordination with finance team for PO reporting and payment process.

RGP/NRGP & STO creation at plant level.

Coordination with SAP team for resource requirements, service follow-ups, and payment process.

Vendor registration and vendor master data management.

IT-related AMC contract coordination & payment validation.

Service contract reconciliation with service vendors.

DMS activity for work completion and invoice uploading.

Budget management and creation of IPR for CAPEX activities.

Courier tracking for dispatch of IT materials & RGP closer.

Request raising for newly procured CAPEX material IT tag allocation.

Coordination with IT senior team for PO, IPR & document approvals.

Material shifting and courier dispatch for requests and work order closure.

Managing work orders related to production/business requirements to ensure smooth operations.

Insurance claim processing for damaged/stolen laptops, including documentation and service engineer reports.
