Our Auditing and Attest Engagement services are built on a foundation of expertise and trust. Our team provides comprehensive audit services, review, and compilation services, and other agreed-upon procedures to clients across various industries.

As an Audit Senior, you will work alongside a collaborative team of US and India-based professionals. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of audit engagements, from planning to completion, including supervision/mentoring of staff and building/maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement teams in planning and executing audits, reviews, or compilations.
  • Provide guidance and support to engagement staff, ensuring open communication with engagement managers and partners.
  • Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during audits.
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently, meeting client deadlines.
  • Develop and track engagement budgets to identify inefficiencies.
  • Conduct constructive evaluations and provide counsel to team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience with a US accounting firm.
  • Working towards Chartered Accountancy preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of US Generally Accepted Auditing Standards required.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Commitment to an entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize information, making appropriate recommendations.
  • Capacity to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
  • Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
