Job Title: Operations Manager

    The operations manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center. The role requires a strong technical background and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the data center, including O&M, SPoC, and critical situations to meet SLAs
  2. Ensure reliability and efficiency of DC Operation
  3. Own Sow and SLAs, PPM, Safety, DRs, Audit Readiness, Compliance, Space management, BCMS Core Filed, Electrical Panels, HT 110/33KV /11KV, Transformers, UPS, Chillers, PAHU, PAC, AHU, STP, HSD, energy managment, IBMS, Chiller Plant Manager
  4. Lead shift team and ensure planned and unplanned activities are executed on time with good communication
  5. Track all complaints and close them within SLA deviation
  6. Incident management and RCA with closure of RCA recommendations on time with periodic review of RCA
  7. Asset management - Warranty - AMC - Lifecycle - Capacity management
  8. 5 PPM tracking and completion with TAT - with OEM and ensure 100% availability of equipment's
  9. Vendor management with RAT and TAT on compliants and ensure uptime of redundant equipment's too
  10. Track and maintain record for all stocks as per BCP requirement
  11. Coordinating with CE Team for customer related queries and submitting report on time
  12. Maintaining all Compliance 100% with track of periodic tracker
  13. Maintaining and adhering Physical security Process
  14. Preparation of Risk assessment and period validations and updates based on incidents and RCA
  15. Updating all inventories up to date with capacity vs accompany vs balance on monthly bases with customer details on Rack inventory
  16. Submitting all reports on time with agreed time line
  17. All audit and compliance should be 100%
  18. Knowledge in HSE

Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  2. At least 7+ years of progressive data center and/or critical facilities experience
  3. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree
  4. Proven relevant work experience in Data Center Industry
  5. Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in data center Infrastructure
  6. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
