We seek an ESG Solutions Specialist to merge sustainability domain knowledge with strong consultative selling skills, empowering prospects to understand how we can address their pressing challenges effectively.

  • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with senior executives and sustainability leaders to grasp their ESG challenges.
  • Customize and deliver demos of our platform, mapping its capabilities directly to identified client pain points and ESG requirements.
  • Act as the go-to expert for ESG standards, frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, SEBI BRSR, etc.), carbon accounting, compliance, and assurance during prospect conversations.
  • Prepare solution proposals and decks post-demo outlining how we address client challenges, including solution design, value articulation, and next steps.
  • Nurture partially qualified prospects through thought leadership, peer analysis, case studies, and ROI calculations.
  • Closely partner with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure message consistency and teamwork to win and retain business.

You are ideal if you have:

  • 3–6 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability advisory, or pre-sales for an ESG SaaS product.
  • Strong familiarity with sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and assurance practices (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, BRSR, CSRD).
  • Proven experience conducting client discovery, building business cases, and delivering demos in enterprise B2B environments.
  • Excellent storytelling skills – able to translate technical ESG and compliance requirements into impactful business outcomes.
  • Comfort with preparing solution documents, proposals, and ROI models that resonate with CFOs, CSOs, and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to prepare peer benchmarking and market insights.
  • A consultative, client-first mindset with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Bonus: Experience with ESG software platforms, SaaS workflows (multi-tenant, role-based access, data collection workflows), or carbon accounting tools.
