Job Opportunity: Experienced Conversion Advisor

Collegedunia is seeking an accomplished Conversion Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling offer holders and driving conversions specifically for Russell Group universities.
  2. Guiding students with accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  3. Coordinating with counsellors, providing regular training, and ensuring they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  4. Monitoring and reviewing team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  5. Preparing and presenting weekly reports on conversion progress to management.
  6. Supporting students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalised guidance.
  7. Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.
