Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of scaling talent acquisition functions for rapidly growing organizations.
  • Expertise in employer branding, recruitment technology, and workforce analytics.
