We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals, ensuring efficient delegation of tasks and responsibilities
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and analyze security challenges to develop innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for employees and visitors
  • Maintain and upgrade security systems and equipment to prevent potential threats
  • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to security challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and crisis management
  • Familiarity with Indian security regulations and the local security landscape in Mumbai
