Job Title: Team Lead - Risk Assessment

The position of Team Lead - Risk Assessment is a high-level role within our organization that oversees the management of a team and provides risk assessment expertise to ensure the highest levels of exposure data accuracy and completeness.

This involves understanding location information, prioritizing high-value and high-risk locations, and ensuring that data is formatted and arranged in a manner understood by models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-6 members, providing high-quality risk assessment of individual accounts or portfolios, and contributing ideas for process enhancement and improvement.

Required skills and qualifications include experience with AIR touchstone, SQL, MS office proficiency, excellent analytical skills, and Excel manipulation functions at a foundation level. Good problem-solving skills, insurance certification, and team management skills are also essential.
