    • Lead the graphics team to develop creative and visually appealing designs for educational content.
    • Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members, ensuring deadlines are met.

    • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-House Graphics Management:
    • Lead the in-house graphics team.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures.
    • Review and approve graphic materials before final production or publication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
