Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Design Engineer to join our team. As an HVAC Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing efficient mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

  • Develop Mechanical Systems: You will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical systems that meet the needs of our clients. This includes creating detailed technical drawings and specifications using computer-assisted engineering software.
  • Design Technical Drawings: You will prepare detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for mechanical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards, codes, and customer requirements.
  • Calculate Specifications: You will perform detailed calculations and prepare relevant technical specifications, sequence of operations, and details for the project as per customer requirements and existing conditions.
  • Compliance with Codes: You must have knowledge of codes including but not limited to NYC Building Code, International Codes, Mechanical Code, Energy Code, NFPA Standards, ASHRAE Standards, etc.
  • Review and Approval: You will review design concept, calculations, drawings to the accuracy of design intent, Code Compliance, and customer requirements.
  • Engineering Submittals: You will review Engineering submittals, shop drawings, and various construction administration procedures to provide quick turnaround during the project's construction phase.
  • Training and Development: You will develop training modules, calculation procedures, and other company tool development methods used in Design & Execution. Train young engineers to conform to standards and improve performances.
  • Project Coordination: You will coordinate with client, project managers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: You will develop cost estimation & Bill of materials as per design concept.
  • Communication: You must be self-motivated & driven with excellent communication skills and basic understanding of Microsoft office, excel, powerpoint, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience – 4+ Years of experience
  • Strong in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Must have worked with Building Services.
  • Must have worked on International projects, US preferred
  • Team handling experience
