Job Title:

Sr. API Product Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned product development professional to spearhead our R&D initiatives in the peptide-pharma business. This role is responsible for driving project objectives and timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project goals and targets are met within desired timeframes.
  • Lead projects within the constraints of the project triangle (time, cost, quality).
  • Align and engage cross-functional team members to achieve project requirements.
  • Maintain project timelines aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, IPR, Analytical R&D, Ops, Quality, SCM) to execute project activities.
  • Stay informed on cGMP guidelines, SOP's, and relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with product development concepts and tools.
  • Generate regular progress reports as agreed.

Requirements:

  • 9-15 years of experience in product management.
  • B.Tech./M.Tech./M.Sc./MBA qualification.

Personal Attributes:

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Energetic, good communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, SAP.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Team player with individual contribution capabilities.

This role is ideal for candidates with product development experience in the API industry.
