Backend Engineer

About the role:

We're building a next-generation AI-native platform. We need a skilled Backend Engineer to help design scalable APIs, integrate structured data with AI models, and ensure our platform remains secure and reliable as we grow.

  • Design and maintain backend services and APIs for core objects (contacts, companies, deals, groups).
  • Integrate large language models with structured data through function calling and other AI-driven workflows.
  • Implement systems that ensure AI outputs are traceable and reliable.
  • Develop and optimize data models in Postgres/Prisma (with optional analytics layers such as ClickHouse).
  • Build secure, multi-tenant features with RBAC/ABAC and audit logging.
  • Support embeddings and vector search for intelligent free-text queries.
  • Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
