About Operations Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and mentor team leads, including Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers.
  • Design and implement strategies for growth, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Optimize operational flows, from order management to last-mile delivery.
  • Monitor financial metrics and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term business plans.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong background in operations and finance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in designing business strategies.
